Ameriflight Headquarters

Ameriflight LLC, the nation’s largest on-demand cargo airline, to relocate its headquarters and flight operations to Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport.

DALLAS, Texas – (May 15, 2014) — Ameriflight LLC announced it will relocate its headquarters and flight operations to Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW). The 600-employee, 170-plane international airline is currently headquartered in Burbank, CA. The Company is targeting a late third quarter move date.

“Relocation to DFW will allow us to better serve our customers throughout North and South America, as well as centralize our operations at a major international hub in the nation’s geographic core,” said Mr. Andrew Lotter, President of Ameriflight, adding: “It’s the right move for Ameriflight’s continued growth and expansion as the industry’s leader in small air cargo.”

Beginning in September 2014, Ameriflight will move its Air Carrier Certificate to DFW along with certain personnel from the airline’s Flight, Maintenance, Safety and Quality departments. Ameriflight will consolidate its continuing operations in Burbank into Hangar One at the Bob Hope Airport.
