Take The Next Step In Your Career

At Ameriflight, we understand the value of ambition and progression. We make it a point to provide our pilots with opportunities to grow and advance their careers. Whether you’ve been flying for Ameriflight or looking to join the team as a Captain, you could be eligible to take part in the Atlas Air, Southern Air and Ameriflight Pathway Program.

Qualify

  • Be an active Ameriflight pilot.

Apply 

  • Express interest in the program to the Chief Pilots Office.

Participate

  • Complete minimum of 36 months as a pilot for Ameriflight.
  • Complete Atlas’ ATP/CTP program.
  • Pass an initial review with Atlas or Southern.
  • Participate in professional and career development programs.
  • Complete additional benchmarks.
