Additional Pilot Pay

  • All Pilots: 4-year, $100k bonus program
  • ESCS Captains: Mileage incentive of $0.18 per statute mile for ESCS/Charter flights, including non-revenue reposition legs. Incentive increases $0.01 each year of service, capping at $0.27 per statute mile.
  • ESCS Captains: Load Pay Incentive at 70% (100% if single pilot)
  • ESCS First Officers: Load Pay Incentive at 30%
  • ESCS Voluntary Weekend Flying: $500-$1,000/trip
  • ESCS Friday Flights: Additional pay for Friday flights returning to base after midnight
  • ESCS Wait Time: Additional pay for wait time
  • Location Incentive: El Paso, TX (ELP) Pilots receive Housing Stipend of $1,500/month ($18,000/year)
  • All Pilots: Per diem when applicable

Week 4-5: OE and Checkride
Location based on availability

Transportation, housing, pay, and per diem are provided during training.

  • Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument rating or Airline Transport Pilot License
  • Current Instrument Proficiency Check
  • English Proficient

  • Current Passport

First Officer Positions

  • EMB120 FO: 500 TT, 25 ME, 100 XC (defined as point to point), 50 night, 350 PIC, 75 instrument, CFI preferred
  • SAAB340 FO: 500 TT, 25 ME, 100 XC (defined as point to point), 50 night, 350 PIC, 75 instrument, CFI preferred

Captain Positions

  • BE99 Captain: 1,200 TT, 50 ME, 500 XC (defined as point to point), 100 night, 500 PIC, 75 instrument
  • BE1900 Captain: 1,800 TT, 250 ME, 500 XC (defined as point to point), 100 night, 1,000 PIC, 100 instrument, 100 Turbine, 121 or 135 experience
  • SA227 Captain: 2,000 TT, 250 ME, 500 XC (defined as point to point), 100 night, 1,000 PIC, 100 instrument, 200 Turbine, 121 or 135 experience
  • EMB120 Captain: 3,000 TT, 500 ME, 500 XC (defined as point to point), 100 night, 1,000 PIC, 200 instrument, 500 Turbine, 121 or 135 experience
