Ameriflight holds a special permit issued by the DOT, which authorizes transport of Class 7 material aboard cargo-only aircraft when the combined transport index (TI) exceeds the limit of 200 TI per aircraft and/or the required separation distance cannot be met.
Ameriflight also holds a Transport Canada Permit for Equivalent Level of Safety for all airports in Canada, as well as has full Mexican authority to carry hazmat to certain airports in Mexico (more details below).
